  • The arcade staff deserve 5 stars!!! They work very hard as a whole. The management deserves 0! I have been coming for many years. Each time I notify the management about a machine out of order or raise an issue, there is no resolve. Ever notice now when a storm hits they close? The roof leaks every time from the second level. You can see water dripping down close to the machines! That's been happening over 10 years. There were 3 stools available in the arcade. Now all are gone. I noticed one outside in the front and one in the new arcade game indoors next to the card swipe. Each time I I walk over I see drinks on the seat! Employees deserve a place to sit as well as patrons. When I asked management about it they simply state they haven't had seats available for months and offer nothing. For patrons that would benefit from seating this is unacceptable. It's helpful to know when the place is open. You used to be able to see online hours and closures. Now you have to call to check if they are open. If you have these issues please let management know they are not meeting your expectations.
