Property management promises 24hr maintenance but what people don't realize is the poor quality of service that requires multiple visits to fix any maintenance issues. Then you have to deal with incompetent people who work for the property management in order to get anything accomplished. Prior to moving in, inspection was supposedly done by a qualified professional but then when SRP was called to turn on the gas, he noticed that the water heater wasn't even properly installed and said property management needs to fix the issue. They took off $100 off the rent after realizing contractor didn't properly installed the water heater. Then several months later, bathroom sinks started leaking and even though they were able to respond promptly, whoever the contractor they hired didn't fix it properly the first time and had to have another plumber come in to fix the issue. One day we ended up with a bill that we owed money for failing to pay utilities for several months. We contacted the office to figure out what they're referring to and they told us we needed to supply them with a proof that we've been paying the utilities bill since property management received a notice for a payment. We asked them to provide us the copy to figure out what in the hell they were talking about and it turned out that property management failed to pay the HOA and made a mistake thinking we didn't pay the utilities. How can anyone get HOA payment mixed up with a utilities bill and even have the nerve to send a bill asking to pay for it. I would never recommend anyone to rent a property from this management company and do not make the same mistake as we did by not searching thoroughly and reading the reviews.
