  • I read the two bad reviews but took a chance anyway as my gas fireplace wasn't working and they were basically the only referenced repair center for Lennox fireplaces. My technician was Pete. A very polite, friendly sort who donned the clean booties to enter the house. He expeditiously and thoroughly troubleshot my problem, and had the fireplace up and running in about 45 minutes. The standard service fee applied (fair) and I would highly recommend this company.
