  • I am so in love with this spa/salon. I walked out feeling amazing and they have great customer service. I was in Scottsdale after Breakfast at Butters which was amazing btw and the fiancĂ©e and I decided to look for an impromptu massage since we re out here. I called four to five places before reaching Canyon. I got Adam on the phone and he was extremely helpful. He managed to squeeze us into two 11:30 massage appointments with Kenny getting a haircut after and a facial for me. He also managed to get us a couples massage room which was perfect. The masseuses were great! For their specials, it was a Swedish massage and Kenny was snoring half the time so needless to say I wasn't sleeping through mine. My knots were pretty bad so my masseuse applied some tiger balm which surprisingly worked well. Yes it did smell but it wasn't a bad smell and helped with the knots so I'll take it! When our hour came, it felt quick of course but it was really relaxing. I went straight to my facial appointment and I can't tell you how easily she is to love! She is very honest, no fluff, and super easy to communicate with. Her name is Irina and she's been doing the business for many years and you can tell from how amazing her skin looks! My whole facial took about 1.5 hours and it was exactly how I envisioned the experience to be like. She started with my unruly brows bc I haven't properly groomed it in weeks lol and it really bothered her so she waxed and trimmed them for me. I asked if I would be charged extra for it and she didn't. Then we proceeded with the whole facial process and honestly even through the extractions, i felt my face was getting the exfoliation and cleanse it desperately needed! After the facial concluded she even helped and showed me how to fill in my brows and boy do they look nice! I never waxed my brows before but I am honestly considering doing it monthly if it gives me a great shape bc I've mostly threaded. She even gave me some lip moisture at the end bc my lips were super dry. I feel so awesome after this. As we checked out with Adam again, we told him how wonderful of an experience we both had and want to share with family who lives in the area. I hope if you're in Scottsdale you would come here and ask for their specials because the value for their service is absolutely FIVE stars. Thank you to the Canyon team for taking care of us!! We will be back when we visit Scottsdale again!
