  • We have lived in Las Vegas for nearly 6 years and have rented through Nicklin Property Management for over 2 years. Although we have not been through a move out with them, every other interaction we have had has been stellar. We have had several plumbing issues with our property and they have always had plumbers out very quickly, usually within an hour or so. When I contact the office I am treated politely and with respect. The main department that I have had contact with is Maintenance and Shari is absolutely amazing! My husband has been part of the military community for over 25 years and we highly recommend folks to rent through Nicklin Property Management when they arrive at Nellis. In many cases, renting is more cost effective than purchasing a home, and when you are lucky enough to have a property management company that cares then there is no reason to look elsewhere!
