  • I highly recommend Above & Beyond Acupuncture. I visited Above & Beyond Acupuncture due to herniated discs and stenosis of my cervical spine. My pain level was an 8-10 (scale 1-10) and I was experiencing numbness and tingling in my left forearm. I was not sleeping and was becoming irritable, anxious and depressed. I had seen an anesthesiologist, as recommended by my internist, and received a cortisone injection-with no relief. The MD recommended non-steroidals, more cortisone injections, and most likely surgery. I was not satisfied with this plan! Paul employed cupping and acupuncture and had me out of pain in no time. I have no numbness or tingling, am sleeping peacefully and exercising again. I feel like I have my life back! The office is very peaceful and Paul exudes a calming, healing energy. He is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to educate his clients on how to optimize their health.
