  • I'm very impressed with the surgeon, but the front desk staff is rude and completely unaware that time is very important to customers that do not have an open schedule. In addition, I would like clear cut concise communication, and trying to get an answer on anything from cost to wait times is stroll through fluffy euphemisms lacking any real content that is even slightly digestible to anyone that desires detailed facts.
