  • Sitting here waiting for the eye doc who is not on time for my 2pm appointment. The guy who checked me in said he was at lunch. It is now 2:10pm and another lady told me he ha a car accident and had to get another rental car and he will be 15 more minutes late. I'm with two kids ages 3&4 and I specifically asked for a morning appointment time so they wouldn't be with me but this doctor who I saw previously has to do my checkup and he was only available today. I had a follow up scheduled back in July but they cancelled it because the doc had issues with his family. After being HOUNDED about being on time for my appointment I'm sitting here (arriving 5 minutes early) and the doc is late. I have not been happy with this place since I first stepped in. Would not recommend.
