While I didn't stay at Caesars Palace this recent time, I have to give a shout out to my boy JR at the front desk!
I kind of got the vibe like he was new, but he stayed relaxed and was a very nice guy. He recommended a few places to go to, and got me setup on a Total Rewards card that gave me a $10 credit for a free drink or gambling at their hotels.
The other employees nearby also were very professional in helping their customers.
When I stay here soon, I hope their customer service is still top notch as what it seems like.
