  • So, their website accepts and order, says thank you. Then sends me a note the next day saying you have to input the whole order again. Why, I didnt check one box. I called them and no, they can not fix it, I have to redo the whole order. So I searched and found their replacement Rapid Signs service and replaced them in 5 seconds. They have an app and he said just call him if I need anything. Wow, service without hassle. What a concept. To me they are just being lazy and have no customer service whatsoever.
