  • HORRIBLE service! I went to drop off a package for UPS, which I already had the label for, and their service is by far the worst I've experienced. First of all, the girl who helped me first had no idea what she was doing I tell her I'm just dropping off a package she makes me wait while she asks how much they charge to DROP OFF a package. Why do they charge was my first question since I already had the label! I go off to my car again to get my wallet because I did not expect to be charged for dropping off a package. So I grab my wallet go back in I'm assuming the owner comes out from the back grabs my package and when I'm getting ready to pay they tell me only cash! at this point I've had it. Seriously only cash! Just because the charge was only 5 dollars I'm assuming they didn't want to have to pay the fees for using a card. I'm still wondering why the hell they charge to drop off a package it wasn't about the money but I'm sure they're doing something UPS doesn't allow! The place is ghetto I'd recommend to avoid the hassle with them and risking your package getting lost. You'd be better off going to an actual UPS store.
