  • Went into the sprint store on Chandler Boulevard past Price Road With my mom she has an iPhone 6s that is paid for and she wants to switch to another carrier and they lied right to her face and told her that they did not have the unlock code for her phone that Apple has it, lies lies and more lies and I know that that's a lie so they just want to keep customers by lying and making it so you can't switch your phone to another carrier they are horrible She doesn't have a contract and her phone is paid for She wants her unlock code but sprint is shady Do not go here!!!! So I called the sprint store and spoke with the guy who is employed for sprint that told me that Apple had the code for the iPhone I said why did you lie he said I didn't say that but he did tell me Apple had the code so he knew he lied and he hung up the phone on me this is not how you treat customers Sprint is horrible and I hope no one goes there this is Beyond rude unprofessional horrible service stay away from the Chandler Boulevard location of the sprint store
