rev:text	I would actually like to give them NO STARS, but yelp won't let me. Fox may have been a DOLLAR cheaper a day as compared to other rental facilities, but it was NOT worth the headache. I will never be using them again. On day two of our trip our tire pressure light came on, we ended up having to fill it every day (3 consecutive days) and on the fourth day came out to a flat tire. When we called Fox to report the issue with their tire and the fact that the driver before us had either not relayed this information or Fox had not relayed it to us; we were told to change the tire ourselves. The customer service at this company is horrid, thankfully my boyfriend knows how to change a tire and we weren't stranded on the side of the road as a result of a tire blowout. This situation could have been A LOT worse. After returning the vehicle we were then instructed to fill out an Incident Report as if it was our fault we were given a car with a leaking tire. The young lady at the desk also told us we could have come in and changed out the vehicle if we had issues. The flat tire was on the last day of our trip - which in turn - made zero sense. Its also disturbing that Fox does not check their vehicles before outsourcing them to new drivers. Additionally, we were offered no compensation for the amount of money we used to keep filling the tire daily. And it is taking almost a week (I still am calling them daily) to get my $150 deposit back. In short, I will never use this company again.
