  • This is a big company, not just mom-and-pop storage business! They know their business, and they know how to get your money. This is my second posting. I was lured by the 1-dollar the first month and somewhat low monthly rent after that. Little did I know that after 3 or 4 months the rate went up. So I gave them a low rating. Someone called me and tried to bribe me by lowering the rent to what it was if I would just revise my rating. I never got to do it, and they never lower the rent. And here I am, about a year later, and the rent went again! I sure can't wait to move my stuff out!
