  • My wife and I stopped in last night for the Tuesday night special of beef back ribs. It had been maybe fifteen years since we had last been here, and was both looking forward to some good ribs. However last night the ribs where charred way to black outside. Literally charcoal black. We both had beef ribs, but at least two of the five on each plate where not eatable. Think forgotten under the broiler for way too long and then topped with lukewarm bbq sauce. I ordered steak fries and received quartered potatoes that where also hard and dry and bland. Maybe I'll try back in another fifteen years.
