  • My husband & I bought a car on 2/4/17 and paid cash, the temp tag expires today and we have been calling several times a day since 3/16/17 asking for a call back to find out when we will receive our plates, finally today the salesman calls and said he had no idea there were problems with the temp tags and plates and blamed the DMV for everything then he said they sent the title work to DMV on 3/16/17 (almost 6 weeks after we bought the vehicle) I thought most dealers were supposed to submit title work within 30 days from date of sale. I guess not! The sales dept. when asked what to do if the temp tag is expired he told my husband to drive around town with it expired it doesn't matter since it is good for another 10 days after the date on the temp tag. If you are even considering looking at vehicles avoid Autonation Honda & Nissan in Arizona at all costs. It will save you headaches, nightmares and time. PS the 1 star is overrating for these dealerships - I would have given zero !
