  • The view on the top deck here is awesome. Probably one of the coolest decks I've been to in Phoenix. They have the heat lamps too so if it's a bit chilly you'll stay warm. The service isn't bad. The wait staff is friendly, although they did screw up my date's order. The food is pretty tasty albeit a little expensive. I'd reccomend just coming up here and having drinks and appetizers and enjoy the view.
