  • Don't even know where to start this review. We were given a gift card from a friend, we were super excited because we didn't even know we had a wine making facility in the valley. We scheduled ourself a date night in November 2015. We sat on the patio (we were the only two people in the facility) our waitress was quick and we felt like we were bothering her. Our gift card was for us to make/bottle our own wine. Us never being there and not knowing how it worked we asked questions what seemed to piss her off. After paying and sampling their different wines we decided to make a pinot Grigio, we signed all the paper work, paid for the wine we sampled and were told we would be contacted in a few months. Our friend asked us at a party in July how our wine was? We had forgotten about it and they never called us. After I called several times to check and got no response she called and got a e-mail hold of Cory. He apologized and said he would make it right when we went into bottle our wine. Tonight 10/13 we went to bottle, Don't even know how to say how disappointing it was. We walked in no warm welcome (and they knew all the problems that had occurred previously to us coming in and ensured Lesley our friend who purchased the gift card that we would love our bottling experience) CORY (the wine maker) who I had lots of e-mails back and forth with designing labels and setting up the appointment was working the front counter he NEVER introduced himself and told us to have a seat at the bar, the young lady who was going to help us told us we were early and she wasn't set up yet (our apt was at 5:30 we arrived at 5:25) she offered us a glass of wine. We started learning how the procedure worked when CORY came over to throw his two cents in and that's when I asked him if he was CORY? You would think he would have introduced himself seeing all the problems we had. NOPE......I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone we have 15 bottles of wine that we will share our story with everyone we share our wine with. Tonight I was told they have been in business for 10 years and I'm not sure how they have made it 10 minutes. Terrible customer service i do not recommend anyone going today or ever.
