  • I went to this McDonalds after work around 150am and was told to pull up to the second window to order. Well I did as instructed and sat at the window after telling the attendant what I wanted which was 2 apple pies, 2 McDoubles and 1 McDouble no onions pickles and extra ketchup. Well after sitting there waiting for almost 30-45 mins I was given my bag and instructed that the special burger was on top. Well after arriving home to eat I opened the "special" burger which was a plain hamburger dripping with ketchup and mustard which was never ordered to begin with!!! The burgers were cold the apple pies were so hard they were not edible as if they had sat under the heat lamps all day. Nothing was fresh that we received by no means. And I called to complain and guess what the phone was busy!! I will not go back to this McDonald's!
