I was watching some guy in a business suit bathing his food in BBQ sauce and was thinking "you're putting a little bit too much of that sauce there buddy". It wasn't until my food came out and I had a bite without the sauce that I understood exactly why I should do the same as the business suit guy. Their barbecue sauce is really good. I wish I could bathe in that sauce. Not really that would be gross but you understand the sentiment. 5 stars for that sauce.
They have $7.99 or $8.99 deals and even offer all you can eat barbecue. I ordered the $7.99 trio sliders and got chicken, brisket, and pork. It was so tasty. Presentation is aesthetically pleasing meaning the food is good looking. I do mind that the meat was colder than usual at room temperature or even a little colder. Food should come out piping hot so that once the customer decides to dig in, the food will still be extremely warm and fresh. 3 stars for the food.
The people working there are super cool. We were asked how our food was tasting too many times by 3 different workers. 5 stars for the service.
Setup of the restaurant is weird. The ordering counter is inside one of the dining rooms so the line wraps around the dining tables so if you sit on those dining tables it'd be awkward. There's a connecting room with dining tables and me and my 2 friends avoided sitting on those dining tables by the line so that we sat at a table meant for 2. 2 on the bench and 1 on the chair, 2 shared one end of the table. There are outdoor dining in the front but no one wants to sit in the 100 degree Las Vegas summer weather. It wasn't until we were about to leave that I saw a separate dining table accessible from the outdoor dining on the left side of the restaurant. There could be signs inside the main dining area pointing out that there's that other separate dining room.. Or maybe I'm just oblivious? 2 stars for the restaurant setup.
