  • One of THE worst places for customer service and mechanic services. Took my '13 ram Powerwagon in for an oil leak on the front axle (4th time). I had called Chrysler to file a complaint about the leak. They informed me to take it to the dealer and have them investigate. Long story short the dealer didn't listen to me and fixed the problem with out my authorization. This in turn tied Rams hands since it was fixed they couldn't send out someone to verify the issue for a lemon law claim . Chris Sherwood lied numerous times about why it was fixed and was not sorry in anyway. I was floored by the treatment i got. The service manger tried to make things better by offering to replace the front axle but i have called numerous times about getting that axle and i never get a return phone call. Hopefully my lawsuit will include them for faulty workmanship and hopefully Ram will take a serious look at this dealership for shady work and horrible customer practices.
