  • Awful....I went in over the weekend and wanted to change my highlighted hair to my natural hair color, which is a dirty blonde. When I left, my hair was 4 times darker than it should have been. I called to schedule a "color correction" appointment. They did schedule an appointment for me, but the treatment I received in the salon was unacceptable. The stylist, which I don't want to name, gave me a conditioning treatment, put a bleach wash on my hair, partially blow dryed my hair, and sent me on my way. It was obvious that I was not satisfied, but she was more concerned about her next client. I will never go back.....I am appalled at their customer service.
