  • Checked in on the app. Chose a room with an accessible shower. Got to the site, they had switched the room. Then the desk clerk told me she couldn't check me in because my ID says James, not Jim as the reservation nickname states. Argued about policy. Asked her to show me the policy. She couldn't. Then, charged us for handicapped parking. Rude staff started to gather around to watch the spectacle. If you are disabled, don't stay here.
