  • Lived here for a year. The towing is true. Your guests will get towed , no ways around it. Expensive $ The air conditioning does not function properly, and they avoid the issue. This occurred over 10x during the year , mostly during summer moths. Dripping vents humid apartment, and very very hot. Hot to the point where it's not even safe. We called to have this issue resolved with no such luck. We paid out of pocket for hotels due to the heat, without reimbursement. There is a reason this place has consistent negative reviews. Avoid at all costs.
