  • Came in for a haircut after work. I was promptly greeted as I walked in and was seated right away. My hair stylist's name is Siena. She was very attentive and very nice. My experience from another franchise wasn't so great because I always felt very rushed and the stylists I got usually didn't pay attention at details. Siena took her time to make sure my hair was done exactly how I want it and didn't rush getting it done at all. I do have one small complaint: she sprayed a little too much water on my hair and the water dripped down my face but she probably didn't notice it. It didn't bother me too much but if you are reading this now, it's something to keep it mind :) Overall, the haircut was great and I think she did a great job. It was my first time trying Fantastic Sams. Convenient location. I will definitely go back for another haircut next month.
