  • Pho Linh in hands down the best Pho restaurant in the city. On weekdays (Monday - Thursday) they have the Pho Bo Koh, its a beef noodle stew cooked to perfection...a must try. For those who haven't been to Pho Linh, I would suggest any of the Pho noodles, the broth is cooked to perfection each time with a variety of fresh basil, mint leaves, bean sprouts and lime. The spring rolls and vermicelli roll is a favourite as well.
