  • We are at the stage where we are shopping around for cars. We came here because Honda was one on our list to test drive. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, and even if I wanted to buy a Honda (which we don't, unrelated to the experience), I would never do it here. We first came by on a Monday long weekend. They were busy. We stood around for 10 mins without any sales person asking us if we needed help. Compared to the other dealerships in the area, this was not the norm. When we asked the receptionist ladies in the front, they said that no one was available but they would check. Another 10 mins goes by, and basically there was no one available. We had to leave. Determined to check this vehicle off my list, I made an appointment. I got a confirmation call from the sales person, and text message. When I arrived on time on Saturday afternoon, they didn't have me on the list, another person's name instead of mine. Told me to wait at their cafe (free water, coffee etc). The person I was seeing , I was told, was with another customer, and wasn't in his office. After about another 10 mins, a Sales Manager came and spoke to me, asking me if I'd be okay seeing someone else. I agreed. Eventually about 20 mins in, the original person I spoke to introduced himself and we were on our way. Now with him, we told him our position. We are still shopping, and we have other brands on our list we still need to test drive. He assured us he wasn't here to haggle us or make a sale. But guess what? In the end he was pressuring us to buy a car right there and then. He knew we were going next door. Asked us "How can we get you to come back in this afternoon to make a sale?" It was really one of the worst sales experiences we had these last few weeks, and we've been to over 7 dealerships. Just my two cents, and hopes someone reads this and improves on it.
