  • This is hard for me to write, because I love Einstein Bagels. But this is the first "rebranded" one with Carribu Coffee I've been in. The interior is much warmer than it used to be, but they've taken away self refills, too much focus on Carribu and it's much smaller. What I love about Einsteins is selecting your bagel, getting your coffee (the Einstein brews, not Carribu) and sitting down for as much as you like. It no longer feels like a bagel place, but a coffee shop that has bagels. Disappointed in what it's become.
