  • i'm giving this place 2 stars because "sean" is a nice man and he is friendly along with the other 2 guys there. the owner lady waxed my eyebrow off and didn't bother to tell me instead when i pointed out her mistake she blamed me for it and said my eyebrow was bald in that spot, obviously a lie! she argued with me and i'm not one to argue but this was my eyebrow! Own up to your mistakes! i was refunded but NEVER going back to get my eyebrows waxed here again! instead i'll stick to my threading and try that new eyebrow bar they opened at the arrowhead mall. i used to do gel manicures here but after that experience i would rather get service elsewhere where service is truly a priority.
