  • I have used Reliance multiple times over several years. We have investment properties, in which we've used Reliance to repair or install new A/C units. They have always exceeded our expectations as far as workmanship and customer service. At one point, Dalen was up in our attic repairing an a/c unit, and he noticed our central vacuum was disconnected, and he fixed that! These people couldn't be nicer, including the office staff. This morning we called Dalen, an a/c unit wasn't working, and within 2 hours, someone was out and our unit was repaired. They never overcharge, or replace anything that can be repaired. I highly recommend this company.
