Stopped by with my girl friend in search of a festive top for NYE for her (side note: all my punk friends are leaving me here in CLT while they party it up in Charleston to ring in new year... booooo yall! haha). OMG, did someone rob the store? Or was there a tornado that blew through? The place was A WRECK! I don't even know how people shop there. And sadly it's not the first time that the place looks like this. I have been in other Forever 21 stores in town and in other cities, and this one consistently a mess.
Of course the changing room had no attendent... and I pretty much served myself and others. How many items?? Ok, here is your plastic number tag. As I was running my mouth about how bad this store looks and is, the girl who had been patiently waiting for service told me that they had to close the store earlier (and for what? The place is still destroyed)
IMHO, the clothes here in general are cheaply made yet not cheap... that's coming from a self proclaimed good shopper with killer instinct for a deal and good stuffs (pat on my own back hehe). While my friend spent $22 on a midnight blue sequin tank to wear with leggins, I managed to find a BOGO on summer items. So for under $10 (with tax) I got myself a go-out dress and a skirt.
I would have rated it 1-star, but I feel like being generous today... 1 bonus star for the good deal I found... 2-stars trainwreck that I still suggest to stay away from, especially this store.
