  • Scramble is a good place for breakfast because you can take your dogs. The Phoenix location is a little hit and miss with their staff though. I had a coupon on my phone one day but the cashier couldn't find it. I said "Ill just ask next time". The next time I went it was expired though. Sometimes the servers are really right on and sometimes just so so. One more item is the french toast. They don't let it soak in egg long enough so as soon as you cut in, it's just WHITE BREAD! If it wasn't for those things, they could be a 5 star
