| - The shrimp pork chive dumplings were amazing, so much so that I got a second order of them. Wasn't feeling great to try a larger dish today but I have no question the food here is very good across the board.
Service was okay. Only one waitress working several tables, but she remained very attentive. I felt a little like the Seinfeld episode with the Korean nail salon though, where the waitress and all the Chinese people in the restaurant were making fun of me in their native language. Before I saw the soy sauce on the table, I also asked if there was some sweet and sour sauce or something for my dumplings and the waitress said "no, those are already tasty enough." I'm the customer, if I think it would taste even better with sauce, they should provide sauce. I also inquired about getting the orange chicken not deep-fried and was denied. I wouldn't think that would be that hard to do. Anyway, food at this place is 4-5 stars, and service is probably fine too, I think there were just some cultural differences that were a little off-putting for me today, hence my 3 star review.
