  • The only good thing about United is that they have lots of routes and schedule selections. This particular trip they did a pretty good job with everything considering the weather delays in KC. Coming home, I called customer service to change my flight itinerary a bit and, although it took a long time, the representative was friendly enough and got the job done. Still, all things being equal, I'd rather fly Frontier or the old Continental.
