  • This company is a joke. I had a set date to move in on Feb 2nd of 2017 and was told everything would be ready by then. The week leading up to the move in date I get no word by management and when I call them i'm told that it is still being prepared. Feb 2nd comes in and the apartment isn't ready but we have no choice to move in as we confirmed with our landlord of the move out date. I move in and the carpets are disgusting, wall is missing paint, and some other issues. The next day the owner of the carpet cleaning company they use comes to clean my carpet and does a shit job. I ended up having to pay another company $120.00 out of pocket to get the carpets cleaned the right way. When I moved in I was advised also that any maintenance issues are reported through the email and that they will respond with a day and time that the maintenance guy will come to fix the issues. The 2 to 3 months was fine but after they replaced the office staff they had no one would respond to my maintenance email. I had several issues that needed to be fixed and didn't get a response until 2 months later after I told them that I will not pay rent if the issues weren't fixed. Once I said that they responded immediately. The maintenance guy shows up and fixes the issue and everything is fine. I then receive a letter saying that an inspection will be done to see if anything was needed to be fixed in the apartment. This was just and excuse for the owner Luis to use the apartment me and my family are living in to sellers. Mind you it is 8am in the morning and my kids and wife are sleeping. This asshole wanted me to let the potential buyers go into the room that my wife and kids where sleeping in. Not once did they do what was stated in the letter and not one sentence in that letter stated that the apartment was going to be shown to buyers. Now 3 months later my wife gets burned badly on her arm because the stove they have in this apartment bends so she has to balance what she is cooking on the stove. She went straight to the office and for one the office was open but the young office worker had the sign showing closed. When my wife went in he immediately had an attitude. My wife showed him her injury and asked to get the oven fixed and she was told that if nothing is wrong with the stove that we would be charged for it. Luis and his team are good for nothing owners that dont take their responsibility serious. They are quick to call you if your rent is late 1 day which I have never been late but take an eternity to fix the problems within the apartment. I would say for anyone looking to rent from this company please dont as you will regret it.
