  • DO NOT RUN BANK TRANSFERS or MERCHANT SERVICES through this provider. I have been using FRESHBOOKS for YEARS so I TRUSTED them when i signed up to use bank transfers for my clients to pay their invoices with avoiding running them through my merchant services account. Not worth the few bucks saved. Because my amount was "over" whatever their NON DISCLOSED amount was that is "too high of a bill" $6,540, WEPAY the company that FRESHBOOKS uses for its bank transactions/merchant services decided to put a HOLD on my money for 48 hours. Then the weekend hit. Then they have 2-5 business days. Which will lead into another weekend. So essentially they can HOLD your money (regardless of amount) for up to TWO WEEKS before they need to give it to you. They did NOTHING to remedy this situation after I made it very clear I did NOT AGREE to this. I am disgusted with Freshbooks and sorry they are my billing platform and having my CFO research every other platform now. We will never, ever run a bank transfer through this ridiculous, fraudulent, non interest paying, money holding company.
