  • I was looking for a new Cal King Mattress and stopped by with my family to check out their prices. While they had a huge selection the prices didn't exactly knock me over. What did knock me over were the absolutely overbearing overaggressive salespeople. We were stopped no less than 6 times by different salespeople in the same aisle of the mattress section. When we tried walking to different places they followed us like animals stalking prey. We repeatedly said we were just looking and didn't need any help but they never stopped following. Eventually the first saleswoman who we asked to leave us alone decided to start inserting herself into every conversation I was having with my wife. Again we asked to be left alone but she just didn't get the hint. Long story short we left and went across the street to the Phoenix Furniture Outlet where we purchased our mattress and received outstanding customer service. We were greeted and given a pamphlet with their specials. The salesperson gave us his name and said "please feel free to look around and let me know if you have any questions." When we were ready we asked the same gentleman for help and made our purchase. No pressure and no constant harassment. If you want to feel like you've just walked onto a used car lot and want to be harassed this is your place. If you want actual customer service and the ability to shop instead of being forcefully sold something look elsewhere.
