  • Bought a bike here about a year ago Nate helped us find what we're looking for and was professional and patient. Over the last year we have visited the store for various reasons and always found what we need and found good customer service. Last week we got a flat, we went in got the tube went home and had trouble getting the tire off the rim. 25 years ago never had a problem changing a bike tire, so we looked on YouTube googled it , couldn't get the tire off, feeling deafeated and my ego bruised we headed to the store wheel and tube in hand. Nate seeing we needed help waived us over I Explained how we tried this that and the other to no avail. He took the wheel and while explaining how the tire is held to the rim by a bead ring and showing us what he was doing NATE fixed the tire .I said It looked really easy dont know how i couldn't have done it. Nate was super cool and told us on some days they fix 100 tires so he's got some expieriece. He was helpfull and professional . In a customer service town this shop and Nate show how its done.
