  • As Wounded Marine Veteran family, I first want to say thank you for all the support Marriott does for Marine Family's. The Assistant Manager Mindi is one of the great Managers hav had the chance to do business with. I reach out to her to help me make our trip a awesome one. I had let her know about how important it to my daughter Sophia to be able to celebrate her birthday. The reason I had mention it was due to this whole trip was for my son Cristian that got accept to UNLV. She told me that she would take care of everything for me. She made sure that my Reservation for hotel was done and that my room would be ready when I arrived see how we were traveling on my daughters birthday. To our surprise, Assistant Mgr Mindi went above and the call of duty to make my daughters day. She had two letter in to room for my Daughter and my son. When they open the door to the room they were surprised. I had no idea that she was going to do this. When the kids when in the room. They open the letters and seen the snacks for them. They read the letter. my daughter said to me, she had to check the Refrigerator. She did, it was a Birthday cake for her with candle. She was so happy the hotel made her the cake. They also did Congratulations letter for my son. I have to say, that Assistant Mgr Mindi, Marriott and Her Staff went above beyond what need to be done for us. I can not thank them enough for making Sophia Birthday and My Cristian trip the best trip ever we had.
