  • Brio is your typical Italian chain. It's ok, not terrible, not great. They have a gluten free menu, which is good news. My daughter was able to order GF Mac n cheese. She was happy but it did taste pretty salty. They have a huge beef carpaccio which is pretty tasty. Their carbonara sauce doesn't have peas in it and is not as fresh tasting as I would like. My other daughter had salmon, she complained to me that it was too cooked on the bottom. The food obviously wasn't great but our waiter was fantastic.
