  • I went to the Yonge and Eglinton location a few Saturdays ago. The person who helped me asked me if I needed assistance, but looked very bored. When I looked around and selected a few pieces to look at, which were at a range of prices, below $100 and above $300. When I asked her to clarify what the metals were made of in the necklaces, she replied in an unfriendly manner and repeated her exact words she initially said to me, "like I said, I told you they were made of gold etc. etc.". She talked about them, but in a condescending way towards me as if I didn't have enough money to purchase the items. She didn't care to really help me because she thought I wasn't intending to buy one item there, although I was open to purchasing when I walked into the store. I definitely won't be going back to that location for it's unfriendly service and disinterest in customer's questions. Considering some of the pieces there are pricey, they should really work how to sell their products to their customers. I definitely won't recommend that place because of it's poor customer service.
