Rented a economy car but none available. I was directed to another row of cars and again all where taken. Asked another employee where to find my car and was told to take one from the emerald club row which I did. Went to leave and at the check out booth I was accused of steeling free upgrades. I explained I was directed to the car. and again I was told that was not true. I asked for a manager and was told he just left but I could leave the parking garage park out front and try to find one inside. I called the customer service and ask for a manager. The lady told me she would have one called. After about 3 hours I had received no call back. I called again and was put through to a local manager. After explaining the issue she said sorry and she would talk with that persons manager. I told her the car I had was too big I was looking for better gas mileage. I asked they would bring the car I reserved to me and she advise me, I said I was sorry what else do you want? I told her to bring me a car. she would not. I had to take another few hours out of my day to switch out the car. I asked to speak with the regional manager she said she would call me but it has been 2 days and no call back.
