  • Due to a Nor'easter, I found myself diverted and stranded in Pittsburgh instead of New York. Exhausted and desperate, I chose this hotel because of its location and reasonable price. To my surprise, the grounds were lovely and the staff went above and beyond to show me kindness. I only spent about 8 hours in Pittsburgh but I will remember their exceptional kindness whenever I think about Pennsylvania.
