First I would like to say the movers themselves are great. They were very friendly and they really worked hard to get my family moved within the time frame we were quoted. If it wasn't for them I would have given less stars. I scheduled my move about 3 weeks in advance for 8 am on Saturday morning. I asked Lauren, the girl setting my appointment up, if she would provide me with a confirmation code or an email or some sort confirming my moving appointment. She said they didn't do that. So I hesitantly just took down all of the information she was giving me regarding their services. Now two weeks pass and my husband and I decide to call and confirm our appointment a week prior to when we're supposed to be moved. Upon calling Lauren told us that their entire system had crashed and they don't have any record of or appointment, they only had our quote on file. After some back and fourth between her and the manager they decided to "squeeze us in" at 11:00 that day. Slightly frustrated we agreed because it was a week before our move and we didn't have time to look into another company since moving companies tend to book up at the beginning and end of the month. I called the day before the move to confirm and again lauren said yes we are all set you will get a call when the movers are on their way it should be before 11 am. 10:30 am rolls around, no call. So my husband calls and gets one of the managers on the phone and he said that they should be there after 2 and that Lauren should have told us between 11-2 but she made a mistake. At this point I was furious, I was offered small compensation for their mistake but was told any other company wouldn't have done that for me. As if I should be so thankful to get a small discount when they messed up my entire move. Anyways after my pregnant anger took over the manager ended up pitching in to help get the movers to us faster and everything got done.
