  • I usually get my eyebrows threaded here (cost $5) and they usually do a wonderful job! So why not the 5*? Well, I really hate the set up of the place. People just come in and line-up or sit and you never really know whose turn it is. What makes it worse is that most customers prefer a certain lady to thread their eyebrows. I will admit I am also one of these ladies, not that I necessarily prefer someone but 2 of the ladies who did my eyebrows before did a very rushed and sloppy job so I just avoid those two. But one of the reasons I hate the system is that there is always a lineup and with some ladies waiting for a particular lady you really never know when it is ok to go ahead without taking someone's turn. On more than one occasion ladies who arrived after me have jumped the gun and gone ahead of several women because no one really knows when it's their turn. They really should just let you pick a number at the front and wait, it would save the hassle and awkward "should I go ahead of her or not" moments. Yes like everyone else has mentioned, the line-up here is always crazy but it does move really fast. The longest I've had to wait is about 30 mins (on Christmas eve so expected) but its usually around 10-15mins wait. But even though it goes fast, I have always found most of the ladies (exception of 2 of them) to really take their time and do my eyebrows well. They don't rush to get as many customers done as fast as possible, they work to do their job well and that's why I really like this place. Also, if you're trying to avoid the evening rush of customers by going in the middle of the day, they usually have less ladies working then and the wait has usually been longer for me whenever I go in the middle of the day because of that. *Also if you're trying to get rid of that extra change sitting in your purse here you're out of luck because they don't take anything less than 25 cents. I think they have a sign out now about that but once the guy at the front refused to even take my quarters once - I had to go to the restaurant next door and exchange my 4 quarters for a dollar and come back to pay him. I thought he was being really difficult but whatever, they do my eyebrows well :)
