  • I loved and miss working with Rentals America. Joan Gordon was my property manager, & she was very quick to respond to my questions and/or maintenance requests. The property I stayed in was being overseen by another rental management company, and Rentals America took over once the property was sold to a new owner (I was able to stay). I noticed a positive difference in service and care once they did. I stayed at the property a total of four years, & they managed it for two of those years. I only left because I couldn't find another rental under them, within the time frame that I needed. I received my full security deposit back after move out; it definitely helped that I used their recommendation for carpet and house cleaning (which was incredibly affordable, & saved me the added stress!) There are a bunch of bad eggs in Phoenix that pose as professional property management companies, so it's nice to know that there are actually some out here that work with the level of integrity and professionalism that these guys did. As a renter, I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything, & please, do not change! :)
