  • Found a trade in on the website of a different make and did a "Make a offer" on the company's website came out to a decent monthly price and the picture of the vehicle looked great. Called the dealership to come down and look at it only to get there and find out someone had already picked it up to go to auction. When they found out that we were there to look at the vehicle they sent someone out to pick it up which was great but it took over an hour to even get the vehicle there. When we are talking about monthly payments waiting for the vehicle to arrive they came out DOUBLE the number that they gave on the website. Even our sales guys says that just to attract customers in the door. Once the vehicle was there the inside condition of the vehicle was horrible! Everything in it was either broke or just plain missing. The pictures on the website showed no major issues with the interior at all. We wouldn't have waisted our time driving over an hour to and from the dealership to look at it if we would have know the inside condition. The amount of money they were asking was unreasonable. They weren't will to budge on the price of the vehicle, offer to fix some of the major issues with it or even counter offer us a price. We were there over 3 hours and watched 3 other potential buys walk out the door with nothing! The amount of money they were asking for the vehicle wasn't even close to what they will get at an auction for this vehicle. If your sales guy tells you that they don't post true pictures of the vehicle and give bogus pricing on line with their make a deal app just to get clients in the door there is seriously something wrong with this stores sales morals!!! Don't bother wasting your time!
