Two things you need to know about Nella Cucina:
1) they have a lot of stuff and if you are a professional chef or baker or work in the food industry and have a lot of knowledge, the place is probably a reasonable choice (although you pay more than other places for high quality stuff).
2) for everyone else, the staff is rude, unhelpful, and relatively useless. If you don't know what you want, don't know what something is called, are looking for a tool to do a particular thing and want some advice - get ready for either a blast of cold air or some heavy-duty attitude - NC has both in ample supply.
