  • The springs on my garage door failed on a Friday afternoon around 5 PM, which left me unable to get my car out. I called Jimmy at A Plus and he said he could come out the next morning to fix the door, but if I needed to get out, he would come by immediately and at least get my car out. I didn't absolutely need to go anywhere so I declined the offer, but was amazed he made it considering it was rush hour on a Friday. Jimmy came, as scheduled, the next morning and called beforehand, which he promised to do. A short time later my door was fixed at a reasonable price. What more could I ask for?
