My 25 year old A/C system failed in June. Matt (Service guy) with Infinity Air showed up within two hours of my call. He was professional and knowledgeable. He discussed options with me and helped me with financing through Wells-Fargo immediately. Matt arranged for the crane and install to happen the next day. Matt kept in touch with me as I was traveling out of state the next morning.
Recently there was an issue with lack of heat. I couldn't remember the company name but remembered Matt's name and sent him a text regarding the issue. He called me within 10 minutes to offer possibilities and recommendations to correct the problem. I called the office the next morning to schedule service. Bryant/(Brian) scheduled me that day for a 12 noon appt. Jeremy (service guy) called me to confirm and let me know he could be there early if I was available.
The office then contacted me to follow up. (Faulty thermostat.) They replaced the warrantied thermostat and did not charge me for the service call.
Everyone I spoke with at Infinity Air were responsive and professional.
